We have become attracted to the idea of creating videos. We feel it will be a great way to share what we have learned and give examples of what we do. And we have fun doing it.

Some time ago we saw a pattern in Sarah where she would behave unconsciously to get attention. One of the things we have learned is that it is frequently useful to exaggerate a pattern you would like to let go of. Sarah wrote a song, “Look At Me!”, that did this quite well. By the time she had performed it four or five times we noticed that the pattern was gone. She still loved to be the center of attention, but she had stopped her unconscious behavior to get attention. We were amazed at how effective it was.

As we are learning to make videos we thought it might be fun to make a music video of Sarah singing her song. Enjoy.
