groupswhite1 Links

On this page we will offer some links to people and things we like and find interesting.

The first is a link to the home page of Paul Lowe. We met at a gathering of Paul and we have been transformed by our contact with him. We have much love and gatititue for Paul. There are many, many influences we have had, but none that we recommend as unreservedly as Paul.

We have much love and admiration for Thomas Hübl. He is a beautiful being and we have been guided by his clarity and insight. We are very happy for his presense on the planet.

We have learned so much from so many books. Occsionally though we will read one where we feel a resounding "Yes, this feels like something everyone should read." One of these is The Continuum Concept by Jean Liedloff. We were moved and inspired and will include this influence as we raise our child. Here is a link:

One of our primary interests is relationship. We see our relationship with ourselves and the things and people around us as the fertile ground where transformation takes place. There is a book named Cheng Hsin: The Principles of Effortless Power . Here is another book where when we read it we feel, "Yes, this guy really gets it." The concepts he is talking about are not easy to share, but he does as good a job as anyone we have seen. It is the kind of book where we will usually just read a page or two and then give it time to sink in. We have been doing this for years and imagine we will continue for years to come. One thing though, Peter Ralston came to his realizations through the practice of martial arts. This aspect does not attract us so much, but it is not focused on in the book, and the information about coming into an effective relationship with yourself and the world is priceless. Click the title of the book to get a link to the book at Amazon.

One of James’ teachers was a man named Jeru Kabbal. He passed on a few years ago and some of his friends wrote a book to collect some of the things this beautiful man used to share. He was a strong influence on James and we recommend this book.

We use the internet to keep in touch with the world and here too we occassionally find things where we feel we would love for everyone to see this. One of this is the talk that Jill Bolte Taylor gave at a TED conference. We enjoy many of the TED Talks, but this one gives great information about who we really are and what is possible in an extrememly moving presentation. Highly recommended.
